    The rooms were great, and the cleaning and reception staff exceeded our expectations. Everyone was very professional, helpful, and kind.

    However, almost every additional service came at an extra charge, even though we had booked an all-inclusive package. The drinks and snacks included in the package were of very low quality. The food was decent, but the selection was repetitive, with almost the same options served every day.
