    Appart agréable

    L’annonce proposée villa avec vue sur la mer en fait : minuscule point de vue par la fenêtre du salon ! Jardin: ne penser en profiter, il appartient aux propriétaires du rez de chaussée. Très peu de wifi ne compter surtout pas déçu. Lisez bien l’annonce car pas de Clim, ce fut mon erreur avec 39° 🥵

    At this price level, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, and a more flexible approach to check-in should be standard.

    The apartment is spacious and in a convenient location, not far from the centre of Palau.

    The apartment does not have air conditioning, only fans. During our stay, temperatures were very high, and we found this inadequate, especially for a property in this price range. With a total cost of almost €500 for two nights for two adults and two children, the additional charges of €5 per person for bed linen and €8 pp for towels felt excessive. The check-in arrangements were unnecessarily rigid. We were travelling by car and were repeatedly asked to provide a fixed arrival time, while even a one-hour window was not considered sufficient. Road travel inevitably involves some uncertainty, and the process felt more like catching a flight than checking into a holiday property. WiFi was not working.

    Place was okay for the price. The apartment was large and had many beds to accommodate a larger party

    There is no AC in the apartment, just a few fans, which is absolutely brutal during the summer and made the stay tremendously challenging. Other reviews mention this, but paying for linens and towels is not standard and a bit of a nuisance. Check in was very specifically timed, you have to be there to meet the host. Lastly, we had to physically transport the trash from the apartment to a difficult to locate garbage facility minutes away in the town without clear instruction.
