Conforto
O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa. Excelente café da manhã, com muitas opções. O quarto é super confortável, cama muito boa, travesseiros tbm. O chuveiro um pouco estranho para nós brasileiros, não tem um box fechado. Mas a ducha é boa. É um hotel bem localizado, perto de várias vinícolas, do parque Etna e de alguma cidadizinhas, mas é uma região que precisa de carro pra fazer tudo. Eles não cobram o estacionamento, o que é bem raro na Itália. O restaurante é muito bom, excelente! Eu não tive tempo usar, mas eles disponibilizam 1h de uso do spa por dia para os hóspedes.

Absolut weiter zu empfehlen!
Es handelt sich um ein sehr luxuriöses Ressort mit allem drum und dran. Wir wurden hervorragend willkommen geheißen, beherbergt und bewirtet und all unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt oder sogar schon im Vorfeld perfekt organisiert.
Im Bad könnte die Beleuchtung etwas heller sein. Dies ist jetzt Klagen auf hohem Niveau ;-)

Beautiful grounds, large clean swimming pool, good view of Etna, nice spa (although bit small). We didn’t get to try the massages as they were ill but it looked good! Great breakfast with lots of choice. Friendly staff.
- the dinner was very gourmet - would have been good to have a more medium option too. As there is limited options nearby. We found it quite expensive for what it was. We also found the service slow - it took so long to get someone to be able to order wine. Lots of people working but doing different jobs. - we wanted to try the vineyard nearby but they said you could only go and have wine tasting (which comes with food) - but as we were getting food at the restaurant we didn’t wanna eat twice - so felt it was disappointing. You should just be able to go and get wine there. It was very confusing to be honest.
