Es ist eine gut ausgestattete Unterkunft, nicht weit von den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, gute Umgebung zum wandern.

Duży pokój, bogato wyposażony: mikrofala, opiekacz, toster, radio internetowe, tv, wentylatory, kosmetyki, ekspres przelewowy a do tego osobny pokój do wspólne użytku z bilardem, piłkarzykami, darts, PlayStation, grami planszowymi i karcianymi. Dodatkowym atutem może być fakt, że właściciel potrafią mówić po polsku.

Die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm gewesen, und die Vermieterin war auch sehr freundlich. Es gibt einen Bäcker ca. 50 Meter entfernt und ein paar Restaurants. Nach Bad Schandau kann man gehen, aber es ist etwas weiter weg, ca. 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Spieleraum war gut ausgestattet und man konnte sich es da gemütlich machen und den Abend genießen. Es gibt auch Wanderkarten die man sich umsonst ausleihen kann, das war echt super.
Ohne Auto wäre diese Wohnung nicht zu empfehlen, weil es ziemlich weit weg von Öffis ist. Leider waren nur 2 Fenster mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet, im Sommer war das doof, ständig hatten wir Mücken und Wespen in der Wohnung, am Ende haben wir nur mit den zwei Fenstern gelüftet, und dann wurde es nicht wirklich kühl.

Nasz pobyt w apartamencie w Villa Nevada był bardzo udany. Apartament był bardzo przestronny i dobrze wyposażony. Wi-Fi działało bardzo dobrze, tv smart również. Pokój gier to świetna sprawa, po powrocie z górskich wędrówek można zrelaksować się przy grze w bilard, piłkarzyki czy rzutki. Gospodarze zadbali również o mapy i foldery informacyjne, wśród których znalazły się nawet materiały w języku polskim. Karta gościa to świetna sprawa, umożliwia korzystanie z autobusów, pociągów, tramwaju i większości promów. Przystanek autobusowy jest tuż za rogiem, a na dworzec można bez problemu dojść na pieszo. Przez cały pobyt nie musieliśmy ruszać auta z parkingu. W pobliżu obiektu znajduje się piekarnia, sklep Penny oraz dwie restauracje. Gospodarze są bardzo mili i dbają o komfort i zadowolenie swoich gości. Otrzymaliśmy od nich nawet mały prezent. Gorąco polecamy pobyt w Villa Nevada
