    Had a great holiday.

    Upon arrival, the villa was welcoming. Nicely decorated and furnished. The pool was a little cold, and we requested that it be heated to a higher temperature; the owner responded immediately to our request. This was done and made the pool more inviting.

    No blinds in the downstairs bedroom, just thin curtains. The electrics do trip, but mainly because of the kettle.

    Lovely comfortable home from home villa with great location.

    Great location and plenty room in the villa. Lots of crockery and dishwasher was great. Aircon in each room was a bonus and the tv room upstairs came in handy for the kids. Beds very comfortable. Owner was great and accommodating.

    Loose tap was reported and sometimes there was a bad smell in downstairs shower room/bathroom

    Preciosa villa muy bien equipada, amueblada con mucho gusto y con buenas vistas desde el dormitorio principal de la planta de arriba. Tiene 3 habitaciones muy espaciosas con camas muy cómodas, salón comedor con televisión en la planta baja y otro saloncito con television y sofá cama en la planta de arriba, cocina con todos los electrodomésticos (microondas, horno, lavavajillas, lavadora, secadora, cafetera), aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, zona exterior muy grande, con dos mesas para comer, piscina de buen tamaño, tumbonas, barbacoa y sitio para dejar el coche. Situada en una urbanización muy tranquila, a 15 minutos andando del puerto deportivo Marina Rubicon, también hay supermercado cerca. Buena comunicación con el anfitrión.

    Lo único que añadiría es algún estor o cortina opaca en la habitación de la planta de abajo, tiene grandes ventanas y entra mucha luz desde que amanece, se echa en falta si te molesta la luz para dormir.

    Great villa in a beautiful part of olaya blanca we will certainly stay agajn next year

    15 min walk to the rubicon warm pool and very modern and spacious

    2nd time here no concerns
