    Villa Oleandro

    Das Haus ist zwar nicht mehr neu und sicherlich an manchen Stellen erneuerungsbedürftig, jedoch ist so ziemlich alles drin, was man braucht. Gegend ist ruhig. Stadt Pula in der Nähe mit sämtlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Essen sehr lecker. Dort sicher bewacht.

    Freilaufende Hunde + Nachbarnhunde. Man hatte wirklich manchmal Angst vorbei zu gehen. Die Pools gehören eigentlich gar nicht zum Appartement. Die Pools gehören ausschließlich zum naheliegenden Hotel. Dieses Apartment hat nichts mit den Pools zu tun. Kann könnte aber theoretisch die Pools gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 60 EUR am Tag für 2 Personen nutzen, nur wenn das Hotel freie Kapazitäten hätte. Das ist allerdings in der Hauptsaison nie der Fall.

    Rustig en ruim appartement met eigen privé parkeerplaats. Ligt op een resort. Zeer schoon en modern ingericht. Host reageert snel op vragen

    Sono rimasto affascinato da questa parte di Sardegna soprattutto per il contesto naturale

    La villa è immersa nel verde con tanto di cervi e daini che scorrazzano nei dintorni; il mare è a circa 10 minuti in auto. Le spiagge e il mare di questa parte di costa sono davvero belle anche se poco attrezzate.

    Un cancellino all'ingresso della villa, un sistema di areazione nel bagno e poi attenzione alle bombole del gas che si esauriscono
