Wonderful location and fantastic Villa
Great Location, Less than 10 min walk, to bars and restaurants. Great set up for 3 couples as all rooms have En-suite. Large lounge and dining room when want to get out the heat for a bit. Lovely pool with Sunbeds And further outdoor seating for eating and drinks
Single beds couldn’t be pushed together to make doubles. Larger BBQ maybe for 6 guests

A beautiful villa
This is definitely one of the nicest villas in Coral Bay. The property is beautiful, modern, and offers plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable, the location was great, and the pool was lovely. The host was also very helpful , very kindly providing an additional key the next morning so our daughter could go out without turning off the electricity for others in the villa.
The property features a network of security cameras covering the front door, side of the building, driveway, and directly over the swimming pool. Having a camera positioned over the private pool area made our family feel a bit uncomfortable, especially at night when the lights on the cameras turned on. Additionally, there is an overnight driveway sensor alarm active between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, which we were advised after asking for an extra key for our daughter. This alarm was unfortunately tripped at the sister villa during the early hours of the morning. Because none of these surveillance features were disclosed in the description or booking photos, it came as quite a surprise. The expectation would be that they mentioned if in use or not.

Had a great time yet again
I love the whole villa and have been back a few times now, the location is perfect, i hire a car & l i love going to Peiya & Paphos.

The 3 bed ensuite and air con throughout was perfect. Private pool and easy walking distance to Coral Bay makes this a very convenient villa
Maybe just a few more plates, glasses and cutlery but that's a minor point

Second visit to this villa. Andreas could not have been a better host.
Spacious, Clean, Super AC. Location to bars and restaurants. Close to walk. Far enough away to be quiet. Pool is perfect.
