    Nie wieder.

    Zuerst die Lage und der Preis, in Fotos und Beschreibung wirkte sie optimal. In der Realität war es das Gegenteil, Biankas die Lage. Parkmöglichkeiten waren ebenso schlecht.

    Das war wahrscheinlich der schlimmste Aufenthalt, den ich jemals in einer Unterkunft hatte, und ich habe durch meine vielen Reisen wirklich schon einiges erlebt. Wir waren mit einem Team von zwölf Personen in der Villa Orchard und bereits bei der Ankunft kam die erste große Enttäuschung. Die gebuchten Unterkünfte, darunter eine Suite, ein Studio, ein Apartment und ein Doppelzimmer, entsprachen aus unserer Sicht überhaupt nicht den Beschreibungen. Stattdessen waren es im Grunde einfach Räume, die mit Betten vollgestellt waren. Dazu gab es lediglich eine Gemeinschaftsküche, die wir uns mit zahlreichen weiteren Gästen teilen mussten. Ganz ehrlich, dagegen wäre manche Jugendherberge absoluter Luxus gewesen. Was den Aufenthalt aber wirklich unerträglich gemacht hat, war der Umgang der Gastgeberin mit uns. Ich habe selten erlebt, dass man als zahlender Gast derart unfreundlich und respektlos behandelt wird. An einem Wochenende wurden wir gegen 21:30 Uhr tatsächlich angeschrien, weil wir uns in unserem Zimmer etwas lauter unterhalten haben. Wir haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts bemüht, freundlich, verständnisvoll und rücksichtsvoll zu sein. Trotzdem wurden wir teilweise behandelt, als wären wir unerwünschte Störenfriede und keine Gäste, die für ihre Unterkunft bezahlt haben. Für mich ist so ein Verhalten im Gastgewerbe absolut inakzeptabel. Gerade wenn man eine größere Gruppe beherbergt, sollte ein gewisses Maß an Freundlichkeit, Geduld und Professionalität selbstverständlich sein. Ich kann wirklich nur jedem davon abraten, hier zu buchen. Für uns war das Wochenende eine einzige Enttäuschung und ich würde unter keinen Umständen wiederkommen. Eine der schlechtesten Erfahrungen, die ich jemals mit einer Unterkunft gemacht habe. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.
