Roberta and Giancarlo are exceptional hosts. Responsive, friendly and caretaking. Roberta made good recommendations and helped with reservations. The villa is greaty and spacy with very good utensils (we even used the stone pizza oven). The pool is large and not as deep as pools we had earlier - makes it fun to play in. Deep enough to swimm though. Both are also very friendly with our dogs. Everybody received a small beaity package incl. slippers and we received a lovely food present in the spacy kitchen.

Pool area has only shade by srceens (two big ones are available). Sugesstion from.our side would be to offer some big pool towels (big towels were available to each of us though).

    Perfekt!!!!

The kindest, most helptul, and most caring hosts we have had in a long time! Thanks to Roberta and Giancarlo!! And for all the great restaurant tips - every one of them was excellent. :) A wonderful, clean villa with plenty of space for 10 people. Great, quiet location with a beautiful view of Peccioli. A lovely property with a tantastic private pool. We will definitely be back and will be very happy to stay here again! :))
