    Atmosfæren. Hjelpsomt og vennlig personalet, veldig gode senger!! God frokost. Beliggenheten med kort vei til jernbanen og gangavstand til Chagall museet. Bor gjerne her igjen.

    A decoração, o pequeno-almoço e o facto de disponibilizar, gratuitamente, bebidas quentes 24h/7 dias semana na receção e croissants durante a Happy-Hour.

    Limpeza do quarto muito fraca, sobretudo a banheira que estava ainda com cabelos. Pressão do chuveiro, péssima, quase não dava para tomar banho. Torneira do lavatório a pingar. Atitude da funcionária que mesmo indo dar um jeito no dia em que chegámos e que já não estava ninguém do HSK, ignorou e nada fez no dia seguinte. Ainda disseram que iria chamar a manutenção, mas durante a estadia, nada fizeram.

    The room was fairly spacious and stylish Free coffee and water in the lobby Good storage space in the room The location for visiting other places - 5 mins walk from the station Frequently replaced towels when needed

    Overall the cleanliness was below par, the room wasn’t cleaned to the level I’d expect upon arrival and the turn down service was very poor. The bed wasn’t remade most days, it wasn’t changed once in our five days, the bathroom was never cleaned during our stay, lots of dust and the floors were dirty. The air conditioning unit/system needs a service and a clean as it was exceptionally loud and dust would occasionally get blown out of it The mattress felt like it needed to be changed but instead of doing this they used two mattresses toppers which didn’t do the job
