    Great location but apartment nkt as described in the images.

    The location

    Great location, but the property severely lacks upkeep and accuracy The location in Split is definitely the highlight—super convenient for getting around and exploring the town. However, the listing photos are unfortunately nothing like the actual apartment, which is completely dated both inside and in the outside space. We ran into several maintenance and comfort issues during our stay: the showers were literally held together with gaffer tape, and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, while the upstairs neighbors doing music lessons was almost twee at first, the noise quickly became very annoying. It’s fine as a central spot if you only care about location, but future guests should definitely set expectations low regarding the condition of the space and amenities.

    Ideaal als je echt volledig in het centrum wil zitten maar niet met een te grote groep.

    Leuk terrasje met buitentoilet en jacuzzi! Genoeg badkamers

    Voor 10 personen was er wel genoeg ruimte maar aan tafel of in zetels niet veel plaats. Ook vonden we dat er te weinig borden, bestek, etc. Waren voor zo’n grote groep.

    Location

    The photos were old and need retaken. The hot tub replaced with a lazy spa which didn’t heat up until we left after our 2 day vacation. The house could do with a declutter and enough crockery provided. Also a toaster would be good
