We are on a working holiday, so we needed a place with a living room and seating/dining area as well as barbeque fac
The location is perfect for soneone who wants to be in nature, yet close enough to town (Bologna) should you want to go into town.

Very nice place to relax.
The building is quite new and comfortable. Equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, kitchen well equipped. The terrace is very nice to relax and admire the view. Barbeque spot etc. Everything was really nice.

Incredible stay in the hills of Bologna
We had such a lovely stay at this villa in the hills over Bologna. The views of the hills are stunning and its close to drive down to the city for shopping and sightseeing. The villa is comfortable with very livable open spaces in the living/kitchen and bedroom with everything we needed for a 2 week stay. The detached laundry room was a bonus to keep things clutter free in the main living areas. The hosts are kind and welcoming with regular checkins via messaging and quick responses to questions. A few things that make this a really exceptional stay are the whole house water filtration system, a huge yard, a secure gated entrance with outdoor cameras (though the area is already very safe and quiet), a beautiful porch that can be screened in when it's chilly or fully opened up, and fast/reliable internet/wifi (consistent speeds of 80-100). I highly recommend a stay here and would happily stay again!
