Ottima posizione per visitare Montefalco, appena fuori dalle mura antiche. Parcheggio disponibile all'interno o subito fuori la struttura. Colazione discreta, molto buone le torte. Camera pulita e spaziosa

Overpriced and much better places to stay for the money.
Location was good and the bed was comfortable.
Very old property with dated furniture from the 1950’s (maybe older). Staff had also some type of incense going on the night we were there that irritated our throats and smelled up the room. WiFi was terrible and very unreliable. No cancellation policy - which is a big turn-off. In addition, they had turned off the A/C for rooms for the season and it was a quite warm at night. No screens on the windows either so bugs and small lizards could come in.

Posizione strategica.
Struttura datata e colazione poco appetibile.. la richiesta per un telo da portare in piscina con supplemento di 2€.. mi aspettavo di più da una struttura con 4 stelle.. prezzo non coerente con i servizi offerti.

Oasi di pace e relax
L'accoglienza è splendida, Mauro ti fa sentire a casa tua, la villa è immersa in un parco curato e bellissimo, la stanza pulita e silenziosa, insomma un ottimo soggiorno, la consiglio a chiunque voglia trascorrere le vacanze in Umbria.
Sinceramente nulla!
