  A spoiled holiday

  The villa was very well equipped. There was soft drinks, bread, milk, water, beer etc on arrival which was helpful.

  On arrival there were 3 workmen working in the flat roof next door...which directly overlooked the pool. The noise was incredibly loud as,they were vutting stone. We were also concerned as we had our 2 young granddaughters arriving in couple of days. The managers eventually got them to leave, but they arrived the next day. Again, the managers eventually got them to agree to come back on our departure. However it was a,very disruptive beginning and end (as they returned on our last day) to our holiday. The table tennis table was really dirty...covered in a thick layer of what looked like sand, so we didnt use it. However, the villa itself was clean. Our main gripe was that we had to pay a 300euro deposit..we have been staying in villas in Playa Blanca for over 20 years, at least once a year, and we have never had to pay a deposit before. On leaving, We stripped all the beds, washed all the towels (there was 6 of us) and folded them neatly in piles. We left the place very clean and tidy, as we always do when staying in someone elses property. The only mistake i made was i used the coffee filter machine on our last morning, as we had run out of pods. Because we'd been using the pod machine, i just cleaned the glass coffee pot by hand, carefully ( they claimed we broke it) but i forgot to take out the coffee granules before putting back in the cupboard. But as soon as we returned home we were bombarded with photos of things we had supposedly broken! Some of which were photos of things none of us even recognised! One was the air con unit in a bedroom we didnt even use!!! Half way through the holiday the washing line broke...we immediately contacted them to tell them....if we had broken anything else...why would we not do the same. I feel that yes, they left us with supplies, but they paid for those supplies with our deposit which we didnt get back.

  Einfach toller Aufenthalt für Familien oder auch Freunde

  Sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Toller unkomplizierter und freundlicher Kontakt mit Vermieterin Vania per Whatsup. Haben einige Tipps per Video oder GoogleMap erhalten. Es fehlte uns an nichts, alles vorhanden: Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Tischtennis, großer sauberer Pool (abdeckbar) mit 8 Liegen, Aussengrill, sehr große Terasse zum Teil auch überdacht, in 3 Schlafzimmern jeweils ein TV, super Wlan-Empfang, 3 Badezimmer usw.... Wir waren mit 6 Personen dort und waren super zufrieden!!! Tolle Gastgeberin :-)

  Leider hatten wir nur mit dem Wetter Pech....aber da kann die Unterkunft überhaupt nichts für ;-)

  Really nice

  Very quiet, lots of small everyday items and a welcome pack more than enough if you arrive late. Very clean and tidy. Quick response from owner and good information. Private enough for us

  30th anniversary heaven

  The housekeeper is the most beautiful soul I ever met. Facilities were amazing with lots of thoughtful extras. Kitchen appliances, teas, coffees, milk, water, cookies all gratefully received after an evening check in. Bathrooms stocked with toothpaste and feminine hygiene products. Everything needed for home away from home. Pool and privacy also top notch, with host Tony ensuring pool kept spotless throughout visit. Air con was good value.

  Beds could have been slightly comfier.
