  Beaucoup d'atouts pour quelques bémols

  La maison est immense, à 6 c'était extrêmement confortable ! Lave-linge et lave-vaisselle très appréciables, la clim dans toutes les chambres fonctionne très bien 👍 L'extérieur et la piscine sont magnifiques 🤩 La localisation est parfaite pour visiter tout le sud de l'ile, profiter des plages et des activités 👌 À 15 minutes de Mahon pour les courses et de l'aéroport, on peut y garer facilement trois voitures. La Villa porte bien son nom puisque le panorama est incroyable. Le petit resto la palette à côté à pied est très bien, à quelques minutes en voiture El pulpo pour sa paella et Menorcaventura pour une sortie bateau et kayak avec une équipe absolument géniale 😎

  L'intérieur est un peu vieillissant et mériterait un petit coup de neuf, il manque certains équipements de base dans la cuisine comme un économe ou plus de verres à pied et le frigo commence à dater. La Cova d'en xoroï, boîte de nuit dans une grotte de la falaise la plus prisée de l'île est vraiment juste à côté, donc vigilance car selon la saison les nuits électro varient d'1 à 7 par semaine... Malgré ces bémols, le rapport qualité-prix reste très bon quand on part à plusieurs 😉

  Nigghtmare

  The location was great once until they opened a club in the cliff just underneith the house. I like absolutly nothing about this property.

  There is a nightclub underneath inside the cliff, the main dance floor is under the house - its an absolute nightmare from 5pm to 10pm you are living on a dance floor and from June 7th they will be open all night. The villa is dated, the beds are horrible, the decor is cheap and dated. the pool and outside area full of bird shit, the pigeons and seagulls are swimming in the pool all day long and not scared of humans, the seagulls also steel food, and anything light enough for them to carry. The house looks like a dormitory the furniture are just old and ugly, generally this house is perfect for 16-18year olds looking for a bad party. Cala porter has no good restaurants - no good shopping and no good supermarket. Only thing nice is the view and the beach- the rest is bad.

  Lage sehr gut. Preis/Leistung mittel

  Die Lage ist beeindruckend.

  Einbruchspuren an allen Türen, auf Meerseite. Keine effiziente Schließanlage. Vogelkot im Pool, auf den Liegen und den Stühlen. Kameraüberwachung im Einfahrt- und den Seitenbereichen des Hauses. Aussichtsplattform/Jugendtreff direkt neben dem Anwesen mit voller Sicht auf den Aufenthaltsbereich. Hauspersonal kündigt sich nicht an und erscheint einfach. Jeden Tag, von 14:30-22:30 Uhr laute Musik aus der Bar nebenan.
