The room that we stayed for two nights is clean and spacious with a beautiful terrace overlooking the beach and the sea. The service is excellent. We had a wonderful experience with the host and the hostess while enjoying the delicious breakfast on the main terrace. The beaches down the steps are so beautiful and the Poseydon restaurant there has fresh and perfectly cooked seafood. Paula and Drago are so kind and friendly, making our short stay such a wonderful experience which we will remember forever.

**Confirmed booking was not honored – left without accommodation** I arrived in Dubrovnik with a confirmed Booking.com reservation for Villa Panorama Dubrovnik. When I arrived, I was informed that the accommodation could not take me. The provider later confirmed this in writing, stating that they were “unable to accommodate” me and asked me to submit a cancellation request myself. I was left without the accommodation I had booked and had to find and pay for replacement accommodation myself at very short notice. What makes this particularly disappointing is that this was not a minor issue with the apartment itself – the confirmed accommodation was simply not provided at all. This caused substantial disruption, loss of time and additional expense. In my experience, a confirmed reservation here did not provide the reliability I would expect from a Booking.com accommodation. I would therefore not book this property again.

Vista stupenda e host gentilissimo!
