Our stay at the villa was absolutely wonderful! The house is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. Everything was spotlessly clean, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - and even more. And the pool was simply amazing! It was especially beautiful at sunset. The air conditioning worked perfectly even in the hot weather, so the house was always comfortable. We would also like to give a special mention to the hosts. They were incredibly kind and attentive, always available and happy to help whenever we had any questions. They also helped us arrange activities and an airport transfer, which we really appreciated. There are supermarkets and a great café serving breakfast close to the villa. But honestly, we hardly wanted to leave the villa at all, as it had everything we needed for a wonderful and relaxing stay. Check-in was very easy as well. We received detailed instructions and a door code in advance, which made the whole process very convenient. A huge thank you to the hosts for such a warm welcome! We had an amazing time and would happily stay here again. ❤️

Beautiful location, but unfortunately an unacceptable experience with the property and how our complaint was handled.
The location and views were lovely, which unfortunately made the experience with the property itself even more disappointing.
There was a very strong sewage smell when we arrived. We immediately raised this with the owner, who sent someone to the property. Rather than identifying and resolving the source of the smell, they simply brought us air fresheners. The air conditioning unit in the children’s room had also been completely removed from the wall and was left on the floor when we arrived, leaving the room without functioning air conditioning. Given the condition of the property, we left the villa the same night. Following this, the owner offered us a free of charge cancellation and also asked that we did not leave a negative review. We agreed to resolve the matter on that basis, but the cancellation was subsequently not honoured. We have photographs and communications documenting the issues described above.
