A super cosy stay in a peaceful location.
A perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing stay after a day of sightseeing. The views from the hill are beautiful, and the courtyard with its terrace and wonderful greenery is incredibly charming. The drive up is quite steep and may be stressful for inexperienced drivers, but it is definitely worth it. A car is essential if you want to stay here. The interior retains its authentic style, creating a cosy atmosphere that really helps you immerse yourself in the Sicilian way of life. Overall, the villa looks even better in person than in the photos. Highly recommended!
As other guests have mentioned, the toilet makes a lot of noise when refilling, and it will definitely wake someone up if they are sleeping. The bed is not the most comfortable either, as it wobbles quite a bit with even the slightest movement. However, neither of these issues would stop us from returning for a second stay.

L'emplacement est vraiment exceptionnel, maison atypique et de charme avec un beau jardin. Très calme.
Belle pièce de vie de style tropical avec toujours cette vue mer incroyable . Mais tropical aussi au sens figuré car pas de clim dans le séjour donc il peut y faire très chaud, et cest bien dommage. La clim est juste dans la partie nuit.

Tolle Lage, sensationelle Aussicht, sunset. Schöne Terrassen, Aufteilung Küche, Wohn und Essbereich top. Schlafbereich separat, klein aber absolut ok.

Tolle Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Bucht von Lascari. Nicht einsehbares Grundstück am Hang. Ein Schmuckstück von einem Ferienhaus. Großartige Sonnenuntergänge im Meer beobachtbar. Sehr gut ausgestattet, viele Sitzplätze und Ecken zum "Schattenwandern". Bahnhof ist etwa in 4 Km in der Nähe, ideal für einen Besuch in Palermo.
Etwas steile Zufahrt, aber gut bewältigbar. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erst ab 4 Km (Lascari bzw. Campofelice) bis 7 Km (Cefalu) Entfernung. Kein Problem, sollte man aber wissen.
