  The property was really lovely, the rooms were clean and big and everything was taken care of.

  A bunch of bureaucracy and passing responsibility around. The decision got lost somewhere between management and owners,

  Pool and ac was not working in one of the bedrooms. Even dough staff lied about it for booking.com we went and checked. It still was not working. Didnt lived there. Big dissapointment.

  Picture of the pool already in the evening,(look closley on all the gue stuff on the ground after chemicals)while still waiting for solution, we checked in 16:00 ish. And ac was not working by that time. Imagine sitting on the bags 5grown ups. And 2kids (9-6) Very disappointing and misleading – NOT suitable for families We booked Villa Papaya Bingin specifically because it was advertised with a working pool and air conditioning, and because we were traveling with small children. Unfortunately, the villa was not in a livable condition upon arrival, and the way the situation was handled made everything worse. Pool NOT usable • Upon arrival, the host openly told us the pool was not working and that chemicals had just been added • Pool water was dark blue and clearly not ready • Pool was still being “worked on” after check-in time • We were told it might be usable the next day • For a family booking a villa for the pool, this is unacceptable (especially when chemicals were added in front of us — we would never allow children to swim in that) Air conditioning NOT working • AC was blowing warm air only • We tried all settings and waited 30+ minutes • The room temperature never dropped • The AC unit was also very loud • The host kept claiming the AC was “working properly” — it was not Mold and moisture • The separate smaller cabin had strong moisture • Visible mold on the ceiling and walls • Strong mold smell — unacceptable and unhealthy, especially with children Villa was not ready & access issues • At one point, we returned to check if anything improved: • Doors were locked • Key didn’t work • Staff was inside cleaning, even though we had not unpacked or stayed there • This clearly shows the villa was not ready for guests Misleading offer to “upgrade” • We were offered another villa nearby • After showing it to us, they suddenly demanded 1,700,000 IDR extra • On Booking.
