  A breathtaking tropical island, but disappointing communication and service that did not meet our expectations.

  Villa Park is a truly beautiful island with lush tropical greenery, stunning white-sand beaches, crystal-clear water, and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The natural beauty of this place is absolutely incredible! The island has well-developed facilities and wonderful opportunities for snorkeling and observing marine life. Seeing stingrays and sharks so close was an unforgettable experience. We stayed in a water villa. Although the villa is a little outdated and could benefit from renovation, it was still lovely, and we enjoyed being surrounded by the ocean. We arrived by speedboat around 11:30 AM and were able to check in shortly afterwards, which we really appreciated. A special thank you to the housekeeping team! They did an excellent job, sometimes visiting twice a day to replenish water, change towels, make the bed, and keep our villa clean and comfortable. We would also like to thank the restaurant staff, who were friendly, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay. In terms of natural beauty, Villa Park is absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, the overall service did not live up to our expectations.

  Our biggest disappointment was the poor communication and lack of organization, which was particularly frustrating considering the price and the fact that we were staying at a resort. Before our arrival, we contacted the property through Booking.com to arrange our transfer, but we did not receive a clear response or proper assistance. As a result, we had to organize a private speedboat transfer ourselves. Another inconvenience was the distance between our water villa and the main facilities. Walking to the restaurants took approximately 15 minutes, and buggy transportation was not easily accessible from our villa. We often had to walk to another restaurant area just to find transportation to the main dining facilities. Unfortunately, communication with our assigned guest relations manager, Nihad, was particularly disappointing. She seemed very friendly and welcoming when we first arrived, but when we needed assistance with arranging a seaplane transfer for our departure, communication became extremely difficult. We were staying for only two nights, so time was very important. We repeatedly asked for clear information about availability and arrangements, but received delayed responses and vague updates such as “we are checking.” Even when we approached the reception, we struggled to get a definite answer. We were worried about reaching the airport in time for our international flight. Eventually, we had to arrange our own transfer with the help of a staff member from the hotel where we had previously stayed on a local island. Only later that evening, shortly before our departure, did we receive confirmation that seaplane seats were available. We also found the resort quite crowded, and at times the overall organization felt chaotic. While most staff members were friendly and polite, the level of personal attention and communication was not what we expected from a resort of this category.

  Amazing first time experience in the Maldives

  I really enjoyed the overall vibe of the place. You can tell that it is a well run place. The accommodations were beautiful.

  Брали Villa Lagoon - отличный пляж, хороший заход в воду, очень красивый океан. Приветливый персонал, уборка 2 раза в день. Еда разнообразная, ни разу за неделю не ели одно и тоже, хоть и без изысков, но достаточно вкусно.

  Больше похоже на Турецкий отель, очень много народу, дорожки из брусчатки. Общий ресторан только под крышей без кондиционеров, в жаркие дни просто парилка. Риф не очень интересный, рыб не много( Виллы стоят вплотную друг к другу в Villa Lagoon вы делите садик на пляже с соседями и можете перегораживать вид друг другу.
