    Exceptional property in a superb location.

    Villa Paulina is exceptional. It is a short 10 min walk to the Old Town. The view from the property overlooking the sea is superb. We were a big group and even when there was a large gathering downstairs, the noise did not travel to the bedrooms. Loved the pool and the jacuzzi and being able to relax outside on the sunbeds or chairs. The villa is cleaned daily and clean towels are provided. Special mention to Ivan who was our host. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He did a shop before we arrived so that we had the basics for breakfast and lunch. He responded quickly to any questions or queries and was a pleasure to deal with.

    Close proximity to town, spacious, comfortable & the host,Ivan, made sure our stay was fabulous!

    The host, Ivan, bent over backwards to assist us with all of our needs, including groceries, bbq accessories, extra beds, transfer from the airport, etc. Outstanding communication, available to answer our numerous questions. Ivan went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible stay! The Villa was perfect for our large family group. It was immaculate, spacious & comfortable. The location was ideal and the pool and hot tub were an added bonus. We look forward to returning in the future.

    No improvements needed. Villa Paulina was perfect!

    A beautiful villa set in the most stunning location just on the edge of the old city with frontline expansive views acro

    It is such a beautiful villa set in the most stunning location on the edge of the old city. The rooms were bright and very comfortable, well furnished and everything worked perfectly, including a very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and lots of hot water to have a high pressure shower or large bath. And with views to die for across to Lokrum island and the sparkling blue sea below. The hot tub was wonderful and ready for us when we arrived along with the Sauna and even the pool was just about warm enough to swim in May! We used them all daily. The outside terrace with the beautiful trees and plants became our outdoor living room where we spent most of our time, breakfast, sunbathing and drinks before dinner. Idyllic! And our host Ivan was superb - nothing was too much trouble. We only had to ask a question and then miraculously when we got back to the villa he had delivered it - including keeping our freezer stocked with ice and the fridge with wine!! I hope to have the opportunity to return again soon.

    Very little. The downstairs small sitting room is a bit dark to use but we didn’t need to as plenty of other space and the twin room beds are really meant for children.
