  Despite the negatives, we had a lovely stay.

  Great views Only a 10-15 minute walk to loads of bars and restaurants. Good air conditioning in most rooms Loads of cups/plates/cutlery so we were able to make use of the dishwasher.

  Villa is for 6 people yet only 4 sun loungers, only 4 kitchen chairs , only 4 wooden recliner chairs. Outside area uncomfortable. There is not enough comfy seating outside. Desperately needs armchair seating with cushions. Air con in main bedroom not very good. Not enough water to accommodate 6 people showering. Water pressure dropped to nearly nothing. No mirrors in the additional bedrooms. Could do with more than 6 general glasses for 6 people.

  Exceptional

  very comfortable house. nice quiet neighbourhood. good communication with the owner.

  matrasses in the main bedroom were quite sturdy / hard. that is the only thing I would change here. everything else was perfect.

  Great villa, great location, nice town, great restaurants, lovelly people and vibe.

  The villa is as you see it in the photos. Very accurate. Excellent facilities. Everything you could need is there. Were met on check in by the operators, who explained how everything worked etc. where the shop/shops were (good supermarket in front of the villas, small but very friendly owners and pretty much everything you need at decent prices), route to the harbour etc. It is a steep walk back, but thats what you get to have the views that you have! A couple of nights we just got a taxi up from the harbour, which was 5 minutes, the walk was under 15 minutes. We were only a couple but used most of the villa bar one bedroom. Excellent security. Air conditioning in all rooms (much needed in August). Amazing views from the terrace. Town itself is nice, small, not many shops, but lots of places to eat and drink and all very similar in price and quality. People are all friendly. We ate out a few nights, stayed in few nights. Great kebab shop in the town part just 5 minutes walk away past the supermarket, more locals in this part. Can hire cars, scooters, boats etc. down on the harbour. The harbour is quiet in the day, but comes alive at night and is packed.

  Only points would be that it needs a proper pool ladder, some would find getting in and out on just steps a challenge. Some sort of shelf in the showers for your toiletries, save bending to the floor all the time.

  Absolutely amazing!!!

  The villa was absolutely beautiful and Sarah was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had the most amazing time at villa pelegia and made memories for life. Thank you so much.

  The only small problem was that there was only 4 loungers for six of us however we managed to get 2 spare sunbeds from the storage cupboard which was really helpful. Only a minor problem!
