    The villa is fully equipped, the only reason to leave this oasis is just for the beach!

    This is paradise! The views, the rooms, the space, the service...

    Everything around our stay was fantastic. Communication upfront was excellent and we were greeted by Panos, altough we arrived past midnight. Panos was super friendly and helpful and shared tips for restaurants and trips. Upon arrival we found fruits and drinks in the fridge and even pasta, sauce, coffee and all the basic cooking ingredients you can think of. The villa and grounds are just gorgeous. We enjoyed the different balconies and were thankful for the powerful air condition. Walking to the beach and small shops takes around 10 minutes. During our 10 day stay the house was cleaned twice (what a luxury!) Villa Pera is expensive but the service is outstanding. We loved our holiday at Villa Pera! Thank you very much for everything!

    If Villa Pera would have a pool it would simply be heaven on earth. A small suggestion for the kitchen: add a non-wooden chopping board for onions and tomato ;)

    Stunning villa that feels like home

    The house is absolutely amazing! It is spacious, has anything you might ever need and it's surrounded by a beautiful garden, and there is a stunning view from one of many available balconies. It doesn't feel like a generic villa for rent, but more as home. The host, Rania, was extremely helpful and accommodating. When we arrive there was some food, fruits and wine waiting for us. We would love to come back there again!

    There was nothing negative about this place.
