  No haber tenido tiempo para poder haberme pegado un bañito en la piscina. No me dio tiempo.

  El hospedaje está muy bien, mi calificación es porque intenté cancelar el viaje porque supe luego de reservar, que hubo incendios en el pantano de San Juan, así que fue imposible cancelar, tuve que igual ir para no perder el dinero y eran las vacaciones de mis hijos, solo se podían bañar en área reducida del pantano y en frente estaba todo quemado y feo, bueno toda la zona y en la vía para ir también, así que no lo disfrutamos la verdad.

  Que no pudiera cancelar al haberme enterado que hubo incendios en la zona, el pantano era reducido el espacio para estar.

  Negative experience

  Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with these hosts. I was aware that check-in was at 2:00 p.m., but we arrived earlier, at around 12:00 p.m. I simply wanted to park our car and then go for a walk around the area until check-in time. When we arrived, the gate was closed, so I called the host and explained that we were early and only wanted to leave the car there while we went out. To my surprise, the woman became irritated, raised her voice, and told me that I did not understand Spanish. I found this comment particularly disrespectful, as I speak four languages and have a university degree in this field. It was supposed to be our one-day family holiday, so this unpleasant communication was very disappointing. Later, the male host appeared and spoke to me as though I were asking for something extraordinary, even though my only request was to park the car two hours before check-in. In the end, he allowed us to leave the car there, but repeatedly reminded me that they were not charging us anything extra for doing so. We parked the car and went to enjoy our day. However, the female host continued sending me messages reminding me that check-in was at 2:00 p.m., even though I had already made it clear that I understood the check-in time and was not asking to enter the accommodation earlier. I was honestly flabbergasted by the whole situation. In my opinion, the main problem was not the check-in policy itself, but the way the hosts communicated with us. Unfortunately, I found their manner of communication unnecessarily confrontational and unwelcoming. Regarding the accommodation itself, there are not many facilities apart from the swimming pool, and the pool can only be used according to a specific timetable. Another disadvantage is the patio, which, in my opinion, is not particularly suitable or comfortable for spending time there during the day.It is unbearably hot and I included a photo so that other guests can judge for themselves.
