    Ms. Tatjana was very polite and helpful, I was very warm welcomed in Vila Planta. Super comfortable and super clean. Free WIFI 24/7. Good location, everything you need was in reach. I will sure book again Villa Planta for my stay.

    Het appartement was nieuw en schoon. Inchecken en uitchecken verliep soepel, zelfstandig en vlekkeloos. Erg lekkere bedden dus we hebben goed geslapen en fijne keuken/zitplek.

    Toen wij er waren waren er werkzaamheden aan de weg. Daardoor moesten we op de dag van vertrek de macedonische mensen lief aankijken om ruimte te maken (wat ze deden, dus dat was top). Het water in de douche was best wel koud.

    It could have been a great stay...

    +Central location roughly halfway between the lake and the bus station (around 15 minutes walk each). Near several grocery stores. On the main street, but not immediately by the street. +Clean rooms (dishes not so much). +Helpful and responsive host (at arrival/whatsapp). +Good shower (although it takes a while for the water to warm up).

    -The power went out for approximately half a day, and alongside it the internet connection. This was something we specifically asked about well before arrival and it was a crucial factor for our choice of accommodation. The case caused us unfortunate complications of which the host is aware. We were offered some compensation, which, unfortunately, does not compensate for lost time or being yelled at by angry people who were unable to reach us with their time-sensitive matters. -There was an active and ongoing roadwork a few steps away from the building, of which we only learned as we arrived.
