    Attention ⚠️ Photos et annonce non conforme .

    L’emplacement est le principal atout : environnement agréable, proximité de la mer et maison spacieuse avec de nombreuses chambres. Le potentiel est réel et nous avons malgré tout essayé de profiter de notre séjour en famille malgré les nombreux points négatifs (voir ci-dessous)

    Malheureusement, l’état réel du logement est très éloigné des photos de l’annonce. À ce niveau de prix, la déception a été énorme. Le ménage n’avait clairement pas été fait correctement avant notre arrivée. Mais le problème principal était surtout la vétusté générale : cuisine dans un état désastreux, meubles et éléments cassés ou très abîmés, installations vieillissantes et nombreux équipements nécessitant réparation ou remplacement. L’ensemble donnait une impression de logement mal entretenu qui ne correspond absolument pas aux photos très flatteuses de l’annonce. Nous avons immédiatement signalé ces problèmes et fourni des photos à Booking. À la suite de notre réclamation pour logement non conforme, Booking nous a accordé un dédommagement d’environ 575 €. Il ne s’agit donc pas simplement d’une différence d’appréciation sur le standing : les problèmes signalés ont été suffisamment sérieux pour donner lieu à une compensation. Nous avions payé un prix très élevé et nous attendions légitimement un logement correspondant aux photos et au niveau de prestation annoncé. Le décalage entre l’annonce, le prix et la réalité est beaucoup trop important.
