It was lovely and welcoming overall !
liked the pool facilities but wish it was heated due to the cold period. Kitchen was equipped.
Location: it was down as Paphos as that’s the address we had down from the booking.com but it was actually in peiya, which we had to make changes to our activities and plans throughout our stay as it was much further out from the main city. A/c and heater remotes were all mixed up in different rooms later got to realise why it was not working and got it working the second day of our stay.

Did not meet our expectations.
Very nice location.
But the villa is worn-out, squicky and uncomfortable beds. Not very clean, it had ants in kitchen and bedrooms, kitchen appliances (kettle and oven) were dirty. Also they sent us a message that they had a water supply problem and suggested to stay in another villa which was unclean and not set up for staying. After we made a complaint they said that our villa was fixed and ready. After 2 days people came and wanted the villa saying they booked it too. So apparently they double booked the villa and mixed up the messages receivers! Not a good experience!

Beautiful villa and location but…
The villa is in a beautiful and quiet location and is well designed. The pool is lovely and there is ample outdoor space. The kitchen is a decent size.
The villa was overbooked and we had to spend the first night in another villa without ample bathrooms and with a tiny kitchen. Although it was resolved the next day it was extremely stressful. The kitchen equipment needs supplementing- there was only one large pan. Some of the showers were difficult to operate and getting in and out of the pool was hard for someone with mobility issues as there was no handrail.
