  Wonderful stay

  We had a wonderful stay! The villa was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Having parking space for cars was a huge plus and made everything very convenient for our group. The only small suggestion would be to renovate the bathroom on the ground floor, as it could use a little improvement. Apart from that, everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would happily recommend this villa to others!

  A beautiful villa in a lovely area on the beach.

  We loved that it had so much space. The outdoor area was huge, it was really lovely and allowed us to socialise cook and eat together. Its proximity to the beach was also a huge plus. The host Marco was extremely kind and helpful and went out of his way to help us celebrate a special birthday. I would really recommend this property. The villa had everything you might want and need.

  Ottima esperienza: posizione eccellente nella zona del Plemmirio, una vista spettacolare, a non più di qualche decina di

  Struttura molto grande e comoda, con area esterna vivibile durante tutta la giornata. Posto auto all’interno. Praticamente attaccata al mare. Ortigia raggiungibile in poco tempo in auto (i tempi si dilatano alla sera). Host gentilissimo ed estremamente professionale: abbiamo riscontrato un problema e in pochissimo tempo ha provveduto a risolverlo.

  The property has a beautiful, well-maintained garden with many lovely little corners and seating areas where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. The location is fantastic – just a minute’s walk from the beautiful sea and rocky coastline of Plemmirio, which is perfect for snorkeling. The gorgeous sandy beach of Fontane Bianche is also within a 20-minute drive. Beach towels are provided, which is a very nice and practical touch. Communication with the host was excellent. He responded immediately whenever we needed anything and personally welcomed us and showed us around the villa upon arrival. One small downside was that one of the bedrooms on the lower floor felt a bit more humid, but overall this did not affect our positive experience. All in all, a great place to stay, especially if you enjoy beautiful gardens, the sea, snorkeling, and a peaceful atmosphere. We would happily recommend it!

  A couple of sun loungers in the garden would also be a nice addition, as the garden is such a lovely place to relax. It would also be great if a beach umbrella were available to borrow for trips to the beach.
