Lovely family stay at Portitoxal
Great layout that fitted our multi generational party. Lovely poor and BBQ area. Not too far to walk to town, beaches and restaurants.
Some water leaks under sinks and one sinks plug did not open properly. Back two bedroom slightly damp, particularly after prolonged use of aircon.

Beautiful villa in a perfect location
Beautiful villla in a great location. Well equipped, very clean and lots of outside space. We would stay again if we ever visit Moraira again.

A wonderful holiday week that we will cherish forever
We had a fantastic week staying at this property. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, and in fact, we felt that the house exceeded the photos on Booking.com. It is a spacious, modern, and very well-equipped house with a large, beautiful garden. The house had everything we could possibly need during our stay. There is plenty of indoor space, including four generous bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. There are several different terraces and outdoor seating areas, making it easy to enjoy the sun or shade at any time of the day. The swimming pool is lovely, and the garden is beautifully maintained. It is about a 10-minute walk to the town centre. The walk back involves a fairly steep uphill climb, but like the rest of Moraira, the area has significant elevation changes. Having stayed in several houses in Moraira, we actually found the location of this property to be relatively close to the centre. Our older family members found the uphill walk a little challenging, but if you choose the wonderful town of Moraira, you can expect a bit of complimentary exercise! Alicia, the host, is absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to help us, even after we had checked out. Overall, this is an outstanding holiday home that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Moraira.
If I had to mention one downside, it would be the area’s many steep hills and stairs. However, that certainly won’t stop me from coming back again next year!
