    Magnificent villa and comfortable apartment lights up the rainy weekend.

    The villa is beautiful, way beyond what the price would suggest. In our apartment, every bedroom had a very good ensuite bathroom; we had an incredible kitchen. Terraces, great views everywhere (even from one of the bathrooms). The apartment was arranged and decorated with impeccable taste and the kitchen was one of the best I ever had the good fortune to use. But most of the praise goes to our host Simona, who, when learning two of us were seniors, upgraded us to an apartment that had no internal stairs, and was helpful with everything else, too. (There was no breakfast offered but there is a supermarket conveniently close.)

    I can't think of many things... the high-tech lock on the apartment door was a bit wobbly, sometimes it wouldn't open by the code, so we had to have the keys with us when we left.
