The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodations, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be picked up by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.
Schönes Haus mit schönem Garten und Pool, schöner Blick, tolle Außenküche, ruhige Lage
Poolpumpe sehr laut, Poolbeleuchtung nicht gefunden; Kaffeemaschine sehr klein für 8 Personen; Außenküche wunderbar - Esstisch mit Bänken ohne Lehne (wird schnell anstrengend bei einem langen Abend); Gläser müssten mal ersetzt werden - sind matt vom Geschirrspüler; Liegen am Pool teilweise defekt - dadurch unbequem; Sonnenschirm defekt

Insgesamt ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.
Sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet
Kaum eine Möglichkeit zu heizen, die Klimanlage ließ sich erst ab 20 Uhr einschalten was in der Übergangszeit und mit kleinen Kindern problematisch ist. Den Zugangscode für das Haus bekamen wir erst nach telefonischer Nachfrage nachdem wir eine Zeitlang vor dem Haus gewartet hatten.

Excellent comfortable villa in great location with excellent outdoor spaces and facilities.
This villa is in an excellent location equidistant to Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Cala Sa Vincente - you need a car though as nowhere easily walkable The Villa is very attractive, the gardens superbly maintained and the pool, outdoor BBQ area was excellent and given we spent all our awake time there unless on trips - this contributed to the excellent experience we had. The pool is a decent size with plenty sunbeds of good quality
The interior is nice in terms of traditional but perhaps has been neglected in terms of upgrade. Beds were comfortable. Bedrooms lacked drawers ( material ones in cupboards were inadequate) and the girls commented on lack of mirrors in the bedrooms. The bathrooms were satisfactory if a bit dated but served the purpose. The description advertised satellite TV but it never worked - not normally a priority in summer but we wanted to watch the Euro final so had to go out to do that. Kitchen well stocked though larger wine glasses were in short supply The table in the outside cooking area is in a very very dark and hot place behind an attractive though large tree. We moved the table from the front for evening meal ( and put it back after) enabling sitting out in the breeze and sunset light.... suggest a smaller table than the one provided that can serve this purpose. The larger one in the shade was good for lunch however out the sun, just the evenings where it wasn't really suitable. Only one sun umbrella at pool - need a 2nd one for those wanting to be in the shade by pool These "negatives" are very mild and for completeness - would strongly recommend this villa

perfect for what we needed
amazing location and Villa, perfect for what we needed as a group! brilliant pool area and outdoor eating. we can’t wait to come back!
Just be prepared that there are limited starters E.g dishwasher tablets/cloths. No basics eg, oil etc.
