  The villa is beautiful, modern and easy to maintain. It had all the everyday essentials you could need including plastic plates and cups for the children and all the kitchen essentials you would need for the adults. The rooms are spacious, lots of storage and extra blackets, pillows and bedding as required. Both bathrooms were great and the showers were lovely with no probles having enough hot water for everyone. The best part has to the outside space. Although not advertised the swimming pool is actually salt water which was such a nice added touch meaning our children didn't get sore eyes or skin irratation. The garden was easy to hose down and was was not slippery or a trip hazard (children who run). The sun loungers were good quality adding a little extra comfort. The two double rooms both have patio door leading to outside and the furniture is all to a high standards The air conditioning was stunning and kept us all cool. The hosts are also fantastic, when the freezer stopped working they were so quick to come out and replace it with no fuss. The washing machine and dishwasher worked great. Local supermarket at coffee shops within walking distance from the villa for easy convenience and quick top ups. We visited playa del Ingles and Maspolmas often which was around 8euros in a taxi. WooWoo land is also walking distance which the children loved. Aqua land was around a 10-15 minute drive and cost no more the 12euros in the taxi. We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend and would come again.

  Not a negative at all just something to consider, the 3rd room upstairs (smaller room) has stairs that could be a little tricky to navigate for children or someone not as able on the feet. This did not effect our stay at all as the teenage stayed up there. Consider replacing the hoover as it didnt really have a good suction. Add additional, brooms and a mops (for inside and outside) so we can help maintain your beautiful property during the stay.

  Välutrustat hus i bra läge i tyst område, nära till det mesta

  Poolen var väldigt bra och det var lagom varmt i vattnet. Sittgrupperna och solstolarna var bra. Gården var lagom stor och insynsskyddad. Väldigt bra och välutrustat kök.

  Trappan upp till det övre sovrummet var väldigt smal och lite ostadig. Det sovrummet är inte för alla.

  Great location, right in the center of Maspalomas. Spacious private area inside the property. The pool was deep and excellent - not heated, but the water was warm enough in October. The kitchen was well equipped, though a few frying pans could use replacement.

  The outdoor floor is made of stone tiles, some of which were chipped and in need of repair. It also got dirty quite quickly. There wasn’t enough lighting outside - if you plan to have dinner there in the evening, bring some extra light. We used our own flashlight to light up the table (and accidentally left it there - whoever finds it, feel free to use it 🙂). There were no wine glasses when we arrived, but the host kindly brought them later. The refrigerator door made a squeaking noise when opening. Several interior doors also squeaked. The bathroom door lock didn’t work, but we managed to fix it ourselves. In the dishwasher, two plate holders were loose, which made loading dishes a bit inconvenient. There weren’t enough bedding items for 5 people - we would have appreciated more pillows, blankets, and pillowcases.
