    Very nice property, but a big disappointment with the staff that run this place.. Not even an opology for having the cl

    The property was nice and spacious.. Air conditioning in all bedrooms.. Decent size pool

    We arrived 5 mins before check-in time and the cleaners arrived at the same time, Which meant we couldn’t get access to the property at the said check-in time.. we literally had to go for a walk until they had finished cleaning. The garden was very untidy when we arrived and the pool was dirty with toys in it.. We only had one towel per person which meant using the same towel to dry after been in the pool and when we showered later in the evening.. We had to go out and buy extra towels as they told us they only provide 1 towel per person. There was no iron at the property when i was told days earlier there was.. I called to request one over 7 times as we were going out in the evening with creased clothes.. We received an iron on day 4 of our 7 days there.. No welcome pack was provided for us on arrival which i was surprised at as we have rented villas for some time now and a welcome pack is always provided.. It’s a very nice touch to have bottled water, fruit etc available on arrival.. But this wasn’t the case here.. very poor.. I wouldn’t stay here again, Nor would i recommend it to family and friends
