    Niestety ale kontakt z właścicielką można nazwać próba oszustwa, zarezerwowaliśmy 5 pokoi, podczas przyjazdu okazało się mamy dopłacić za 5 pokój ponad 500 euro, dopiero kontakt z obsługą klienta rozwiązał ten problem, co więcej właścicielka zainkasowała 30 euro za sprzątanie pokoju ponieważ twierdziła że użyliśmy nie tego pokoju co powinniśmy a nikt nie wskazał jakich używać, trzeba też pamiętać że to nie jest cały dom!

    The view was breathtaking and we completely fell in love with the place. It was more beautiful than I ever imagined a Tuscan home to be. We had a wonderful stay! Barbara is very helpful and responsive and we even received a larger apartment than the one we payed for.

    Just a quick heads up for future guests: heating is not included in the price and costs €3.50 per hour. There is also a €200 cash deposit required upon arrival (which we received back with no issues at check-out). Additionally, the house has strict recycling rules with potential fines for errors. It felt a little stressful at first, but as long as you’re tidy, it’s not a problem!
