La struttura è molto bella e suggestiva, la camera ampia e confortevole con una bella vista. Comunicazione efficiente prima del check-in.
Colazione migliorabile (ad esempio manca il pane fresco) e in generale molti prodotti sembravano confezionati. In camera c'è un piccolo angolo cottura ma mancano le pentole e una spugnetta con detersivo per i piatti.

Hätte Potenzial für viel mehr
Lage sehr gut! Man hat uns wegen eines Anlasses für die letzte Nacht ein ruhiges Zimmer gegeben, das auch deutlich komfortabler und insgesamt sauberer war als unser Zimmer in der Dépendence hinter der Villa.
Badezimmer/Dusche ungepflegt/ abgenutzt und nicht genügend gereinigt. Die Einrichtung in der Villa ist sehr vernachlässigt, lieblos abgestellt mit wackeligen Frühstückstischen und serviert wird auf Plasticgeschirr!

Как в палаццо
Прекрасный отель, в очень живописном месте и старинном здании. Ощущение того, что вы гость в знатном доме, не покидает ни на секунду. Внешнее и внутреннее убранство здания создаёт неповторимую атмосферу итальянского палаццо. В номере было очень уютно и чисто, была встроенная в шкаф кухня. В душевой был лежак из мозаики с массажным душем, это оказалось приятной неожиданностью. В фуршете на завтрак было все очень вкусно и ничего лишнего - под любую диету можно с легкостью подобрать себе завтрак, присутствовали местные сладости региона Апулия. Работающие там девушки очень милы и приветливы, помогли нам с утюгом, т.к. нам нужно было подготовиться к мероприятию. В паре километров есть живописный каменистый пляж с рыбками, очень мило. Звукоизоляция отличная. Наш номер выходил на внутренний дворик, из которого просматривалось Адриатическое море. Шикарный вид!
Кровати были очень удобными, но т.к. они кованые, немного скрипели) надеюсь, мы не помешали остальным постояльцам
