    Best stay I have experienced in a long while.

    Staff was excellent. Thamelo the Chef is worth his weight in gold: his food and courteousness and manner and customer relations is on the next level! He prepared us a Michelin 5-star breakfast. Marilyn too, who checked us in, was excellent. In fact, every single staff member was superb, so congratulations to the owner - you have trained your staff to the next level and should be very proud of what you have achieved with the 5-star establishment you run. The rooms are super clean, beds super comfortable. The only negative comment I have is that the shower floor was VERY VERY slippery when wet and is a major hazard and risk to older people who already have a problem with their balance - please do something to address this. Overall, an excellent place. I will stay here again if I am in the area, and genuinely and honestly will recommend this establishment to others. Thanks for an excellent stay!

    Bathroom floor in the Ruby Suite was very slippery and is a safety hazard.
