    Prima Lage, schöne Umgebung

    Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert über zentrales Vermietungsbüro in Bansin (Schlüssel bzw. Code). Die Lage der Wohnung und die Parkmöglichkeit waren optimal, die Ausstattung zweckmäßig und ausreichend.

    Bei Regen willst du trotzdem lieber rausgehen, denn der Wohnung fehlt etwas die Gemütlichkeit, z.B. kalte Leder-Sitzgruppe. Die Aussicht aus den Fenstern ist trist (Parkplatz bzw. Hinterhofwand).

    Schönes Wetter, daher gut gelaunt wieder nach Hause gefahren.

    Unsere FeWo lag ruhig gelegen, zum Hof; Stellplatz vor der FeWo; gut gelegen im Zentrum

    "Küchenordnung", bei Nichteinhaltung Extrakosten, obwohl Reinigungskosten hoch sind.
