Las vistas por la mañana y por la noche son increibles
La nevera la encienden muy tarde y tuvimos que llamar para poder subirla porque no enfriaba eso hizo que el primer día tuviéramos que tirar algo de comida que se nos puso mal

Sobretodo laintimidad del lugar envuelto por la naturaleza unas vistas increíbles hacia la montaña
Los mosquitos 😅 me comieron las piernas el primer día y me salieron unos ronchones 🤣🤣no uvo nada k no me gustará incluso nos quedamos un día mas volveremos seguro

Bij Villa Rios klopt alles, je merkt dat het een huis is dat bewoont wordt, alles is er!
Locatie was voortreffelijk, enerzijds de locatie van de villa met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen en de rustige wijkgemeente. Anderzijds de directe nabijheid van Xativa, met alle voorzieningen die je maar kan wensen, van talloze (afhaal)restaurants tot de grotere supermarkten, Decathlon, treinstation enz. Ook supermarkten die op zondag open zijn. Daarbij is de omgeving prachtig, vooral erg groen en ruig door de talloze riviertjes en irrigatiewerken. Zelfs royale Watervallen in de droge zomermaanden (Anna), een gierenkolonie op een uurtje rijden (Alcoy), zandstanden maar ook rotsachtige (snorkerl)baaien op 50-100km en natuurlijk de stad Valencia Het huis heeft alles, bestek en servies is in ruime mate voorhanden, 2 badkamers, Airco's in beide slaapkamers en woonkamer. Alles werkt, niks is stuk of ontbreekt. En dan nog de tuin met zwembad met de ruime veranda, schaduwplekjes, (lig)stoelen, zitjes, ruimte alom.
Het enige uitdagende aspect was het weggetje ernaar toe en dan met name het inparkeren onder de carport. Doordat het weggetje smal en het hek ook, is een aantal keer steken bij het inparkeren noodzakelijk. Het is te doen, maar vooral in het begin een uitdaging. Tip, even je partner laten uitstappen. Wel is alles goed verlicht!
