Хороший дворик, красивый дом. Парковка с автоматическими воротами. Сосны
Запах внутри жилья не очень. Все старенькое. Кровати жеские. Камары на улице, окна не открыть, поэтому сплит система работала много. Мало того что 300 евро 2 дня стоило, так еще с меня взяли плату за электиричество 21 евро. Но при заселении никто не сказал об этом правиле, и тем более я не делал фотку счётчика при заселении. А по отъезду просто сказали плати. Такое первый раз.

carino ma oggettivamente un pò caro
la posizione e la tranquillità della zona. Cucina comoda con tutti i confort per cucinare
La tariffa del condizionatore a consumo è davvero esagerata, tra l altro nemmeno viene fatturata alla fine ma detratta dalla cauzione (rigorosamente in contanti) che viene restituita (una bella furbata all italiana). Tra le cose negative: nessuna cialda per la macchina del caffe, nessuna busta di the, nulla di nulla. Consiglio inoltre di dotare la facciata principale della casa di una tenda o anche un ombrellone perchè dalle 8,30 fino ad ora di pranzo bisognava tapparsi in casa per non far scaldare troppo l appartamento

Wir verbringen bereits zum zweiten Mal unseren Urlaub in der Villa Rita und sind wieder sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Besonders praktisch ist der eigene kleine Hof, was für Familien mit Kindern ideal ist. Zum Meer kann man bequem zu Fuß gehen, und in der Nähe gibt es viele Cafés und Restaurants. Auch das Zentrum ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Alles ist sehr sauber, das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei, und insgesamt stimmt einfach alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Villa Rita jedem empfehlen, der einen gemütlichen und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen möchte.
