    Lovely hotel and courteous staff

    Lovely hotel with fantastic customer service. All the staff were courteous and very warm. Cynthia at the front desk was very warm checking me in and checking out.

    The food from the Lebanese restaurant it can be improved.

    Outstanding service and facilities. We will return.

    The Arabic restaurant was exceptional Staff really friendly and helpful Room was very clean and turn down service was good to have.

    Unfortunately we had noisy neighbours on our second night however the staff were very understanding and couldn’t apologise enough.
