    Amazing small house with beautiful views.

    The view of the property was amazing, and we had stairs to access the beach which can otherwise only be reached by boat. Everything we needed was already at the property, including beach mats and snorkelling equipment. It was absolutely lovely!!

    If you go by foot, the way to the property is a 15 min walk from the bus station and it is a dirt road, but it is definitely manageable.

    Amazing accommodation with stunning views!

    Absolutely stunning location! Just right at the cliff with access to small beach. Ideal for SUP paddling. 5 min drive to Cagliari town. We love everything about Villa Rosa! Sucha lovely welcoming host. Clean, very thoughtful accommodation, with private garden. Highly recommend. We will be back for sure.
