Good
Well-decorated guesthouse, conveniently located on the island (2-minute walk from the port for those who want to go diving, which was our case). Clean, spacious rooms, with a nice open-air shower. Breakfast was good and copious, European-style, and the coffee is very good. A tribe of cats in the garden, which was not at all disturbing for us. Just a noisy air conditioning but it was OK.
On the other hand: when we arrived at the airport and missed the speedboat to Feridhoo due to a flight delay, a hotel "representative" waited for us to tell us that we'd have to spend the night in Malé because the next boat wasn't until the next day, and left us in the middle of the airport without any help: you're on your own! Same reaction from the owner on the phone: "no options", no help in finding our way around Malé, no advice, nothing... Help would have been welcome. The next day, we were delighted to arrive in spite of everything: a frosty welcome from the owner Claudio, not a word apart from a "Hello, finally...". We rarely spoke during our stay (except when we were introduced to the place). The only time we chatted was when we showed interest in his Noohiri diving club or when we had to pay and check out, which is surprising for a «guesthouse»... By the way, the prices of the activities he offers are multiplied by 2 compared to the local competition! (And what's more, you'll be billed in euros, so he wins on the USD exchange rate). So yes, he'll reply that all the prices are posted on his website, but fortunately he doesn't have a monopoly on this small island and it has nothing to do with our wallet: all you have to do is walk around the island and talk to people to find the same activities at half the price. For diving, for example, we chose AriUthuru: prices divided by 2 (classic worldwide prices) and a warm welcome. It's a pity they think you're a wallet on legs, because it's a nice place. In short, a nice place to sleep, but we strongly advise you to use the locals for activities & restaurants.
