    All ok but wanted to check out later as elderly mum couldn't sleep, the receptionist was reluctant to accommodate us, that is fine but be nice please, just a little empathy would have been great. Moved to Jacksons,staff were absolutely amazing. Bojo at reception was exceptional.

    Our room was clean and renovated. The restaurant had very good food and a variety on the menu. The location was a little different but there was parking at the rear.

    Overall an okay stay but the room was stuffy and hot. Could be improved by a fan. The property/building wasn't in the best shape. Staff were overall very friendly.
