Amazing place
One of the best places i everr stayed. Staff very friendly, nice pool and relaxing atmosphere. I recommend the chalets as they have a good view and even washing machine. Food is also great and not expensive at all.
Gym needs some improvement. Old machines and no weights available at all. Then the place would be perfect

Magnifique hôtel avec un personnel au top
Un hôtel exceptionnel, avec une équipe adorable, professionnelle et toujours à l’écoute. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins et fait tout pour rendre le séjour inoubliable. Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette magnifique expérience ! Nous recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. ⭐️

Sehr aufmerksames Personal, wir haben ungefragt immer einen tollen Service bekommen. Auf Wunsch haben wir ohne Probleme ein Zimmer weiter oben am Berg bekommen. Die Zimmer (Chalet) sind modern und sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wenn man etwas zum kritisieren sucht, ist die Zugangsstraße zum Hotel eher schwierig zu passieren wenn es geregnet hat (sehr große Pfützen). Außerdem fanden wir es aufgrund der sehr großen Fensterfront mit Sicht auf den Schlafbereich etwas störend, dass die Mitarbeiter regelmäßig Rundgänge im Bereich des Hanges machen, auch wenn sie verständlicherweise dort ihrem Job nachgehen.

Exceptional hotel
This was a great place. The staff was friendly and the facilities provided were exceptional. Room was very large, and the bathroom was very clean. Bed was the most comfortable I have slept in a long time.

Paraíso na selva
Nem tenho palavras para o pequeno paraíso que é este hotel. Tudo parece pensado ao pormenor, ficámos numa villa na parte superior do hotel que tem uma vista espectacular, mesmo a “viagem” no elevador panorâmico é de tirar o fôlego. A villa em si tem uma cama confortável, sofás, zona de lavandaria (com máquina de lavar roupa), uma cozinha e uma excelente casa-de-banho e uma zona exterior de lazer. Sem dúvida foi o melhor hotel onde ficámos no Sri Lanka Os funcionários são excelentes e super atenciosos (além de muito profissionais, fizeram-nos uma série de surpresas por estarmos na nossa lua-de-mel).
