    Good value for stay. Even better for families and larger groups.

    Rakesh was fantastic. We got stuck in a traffic jam on the way to Pondicherry and arrived in the middle of the night. He still was available to give us the keys and show us around the apartment. The apartment was quite big for us. Bonus, it was pet friendly. It is located in proximity to all the heritage sites within the city and if you go for a morning run you can reach the promenade pretty quick.

    It was as described. An apartment very close to the center of the city.

    The location, the whole floor to ourselves and the room was spacious.

    Maintenance is required. Especially the bathrooms.

    The villa was clean with all necessary facilities. The owner has maintained it pretty well. Its very near to rock beach ~1km which is the biggest benefit.

    The living hall becomes wet in case of rainfall because of leakage, so it that gets fixed overall stay is 10/10
