    Très belle villa avec quelques poins à améliorer au regard du budget

    Très belle villa spacieuse et lumineuse, avec un très bon niveau d'équipement et un jardin clôturé et paysagé très sympa, comprenant un espace barbecue et une grande piscine, à 150 m de la plage et d'un GR côtier très agréable. On peut garer sans problème trois ou 4 voitures sur le parking privé.

    Il manque une table basse sur la terrasse du rez-de-jardin pour pouvoir profiter totalement du salon, et un salon complet sur la terrasse à l'étage pour pouvoir profiter de la vue le soir. Il y avait des problèmes d'odeur d'égout dans les salles de bains qui nous obligeaient à laisser les fenêtres ouvertes. Le mitigeur de la cuisine ne fonctionnait pas correctement et nous nous sommes ébouillanté les mains pendant tout le séjour. Enfin, une maison est en construction sur le terrain adjacent, et cela a rompu la quiétude du lieu. Attention, la villa est assez excentrée de l'Ampolla et il faut une voiture pour accéder à tous les services.
