  Lovely place with kind hosts! Great for visiting Chiaramonte Gulfi area.

  Incredible, fresh breakfast and very comfy beds.

  I found it a bit odd that my room had only a bathtub, no shower. I didn’t know this in advance.

  Staff di accoglienza quasi assente. Nessun punto di ristoro oltre la colazione e nessun servizio bar. Postazione priva di assistenza se fosse stata necessaria.

  Disappointed

  Rooms were clean when we entered

  Disappointing Experience – Several Important Issues Our stay was unfortunately quite disappointing, with several issues that were not clearly communicated at the time of booking or check-in. Breakfast Breakfast starts at 8:30am, which is quite late considering the distance from the property to other cities and attractions. This is particularly inconvenient for guests who have booked excursions or need to leave early to make the most of their day. The breakfast itself was also very limited in terms of choice, which was disappointing and did not offer much variety. Housekeeping and towels The rooms are apparently only cleaned every three days. This was not made clear on Booking.com. The only information provided was a small note stating that housekeeping was available on request at an additional charge. There was no clear indication that standard room cleaning and towel changes would only happen every three days. After returning from a full day in the sun, we found that our rooms had not been cleaned and the towels were still dirty. Even the bins in our rooms were not emptied or cleared for the entire three-day stay. When I asked reception for fresh towels, I was told that towels are only changed every three days. For four adults, I was given just three large towels and one small towel. This is particularly unacceptable during the summer, especially for a property with a swimming pool. I also had to specifically ask for pool towels, and what we were given were more like thin blanket/drape-type towels rather than proper pool towels. Accessibility Another major issue is accessibility. There are stairs almost everywhere you need to go. There are stairs to access the rooms and breakfast area, and the pool is located on a hilly section of the property, requiring you to climb approximately two flights of stairs. This could be very difficult for anyone with mobility issues and should be clearly highlighted in the property description.
