  Bellissima villa

  La casa è molto bella, grande e accogliente. Ha anche un comodo spazio all’esterno. La nostra host è stata veramente carina e disponibile. Super consigliato. Se torneremo in zona lo valuteremo sicuramente.

  La strada per arrivare è un po’ dissestata, ma la struttura è ottima.

  MERAVIGLIOSO

  Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa e ci siamo trovati benissimo! L’ambiente è accogliente, pulito e curato nei dettagli. La signora Antonella è stata una padrona di casa davvero ospitale: ci ha fatto trovare l’acqua fresca in frigo e ci ha addirittura accolto con i tipici pasticciotti leccesi, una sorpresa graditissima che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. La sua disponibilità e gentilezza hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo a chiunque voglia trascorrere del tempo in un luogo confortevole e con un’ospitalità autentica!

  Unexcepetedly unacceptable and will never recommended.

  Clean and not very far from Lecce

  1. On the pictures and from the descriptions it looked very nice and also it was written “ENTIRE VILLA”. However it was misleading. The owner and the family lived in the same building right downstairs with a door connecting directly into the area where we lived. It was not mentioned anywhere when we made the reservation as we thought it would be the entire villa just for us. They also did not mention anything in the chat or prior to our check-in. Not until we arrived did we realize that they would be living right below us - hence not the ENTIRE VILLA. This is false advertisement and they even refused to offer any explanation. 2. None of us is Italian and also it was in the middle on the countryside during the evening. We had no option but to accept this unexpected degrade of our stay. We were influenced by this dishonest behavior and worried about our safety. In the next days our concerns were proven necessary. In the following conversation regarding this false advertisement issue, the owner himself admired that he had entered the area where we stayed and left our items without informing us or asking for permission several times. This is totally unacceptable because it would have been dangerous for us as they just came secretly when we were absent (or even during our sleep). Pay attention and think twice before you book if you need absolute security. 3. During the conversation about the false advertisement and asking for a reasonable compensation, the owner even made comments about how our stay had damaged the property - the towels were dirty, we left apple cores in the plants and we kept the lights on - if you want your villa brand new and in perfect shape maybe you shouldn’t put it on booking.com. It was just an excuse that they used to avoid offering a compensation resulted from false advertisement. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU BOOK.
