  We had a wonderful stay at this villa and would gladly recommend it to other travelers. The house is very well designed, with a comfortable living room and a bathroom on the ground floor, and three bedrooms plus another bathroom on the upper floor, making it ideal for families or groups. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, the Wi-Fi connection is reliable, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The property features a large, well-maintained garden and is fully fenced, which makes it especially suitable for families with children. The nearest beach is only about a 5-minute walk away and is quiet and uncrowded. There is also another beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, approximately 15-20 minutes away on foot. The only minor drawback is that we could not find any nearby shops or cafes, apart from the establishments located at the organized beach area. A special mention goes to the hosts, who are a very friendly and welcoming couple. They were kind, responsive, and happy to recommend local restaurants and places of interest, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this is an excellent place for anyone looking for a peaceful holiday close to the sea, with comfortable accommodation and outstanding hospitality.

  You get what you pay for: a luxurious, very well-equipped villa, close to the beach

  We received clear instructions about the keys before arrival, making both check-in and check-out very easy. We didn’t meet the owner personally, but they were always available by phone and happy to provide recommendations for places to visit and eat, and we were very pleased with the places and restaurants we visited based on these recommendations. The villa was new, clean, and very well equipped. It has three bedrooms for six people, all with AC, plus AC in the living room. The kitchen and the rest of the house had everything we needed, including cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and washing machine among other things. The huge, well-kept garden has two lovely outdoor sitting areas and fantastic mountain views, with a limited sea view. Private parking is available on the property. The neighborhood felt safe and relatively quiet. There was some music nearby in the evenings, but it was never too loud. The beach is about a 5-minute walk with kids. There are no nearby sunbeds or umbrellas, but the villa provides beach chairs and umbrellas. Leptokaria is only 6–8 minutes by car and has supermarkets, restaurants, beach bars and lounges, and souvenir shops. Overall, likely a higher-priced option, but a fantastic place for a relaxing family holiday and well worth it for a big family like ours.

  One small disappointment was that the “beachfront” and “stunning sea view” description felt a little misleading. The villa is very close to the beach, but it is in the third row of houses, with a limited sea view due to the surrounding houses and trees. This was only a minor issue, but a stunning sea view was one of our main criteria when choosing a property.

  Нова комфортна вілла зі всіма зручностями. Продуманий інтер'єр, дві зручні тераси. Надзвичайно чиста та комфортна. Місце для сімейного відпочинку без галасу та шуму. До моря 100 метрів, чистий піщаний пляж. В будні малолюдний, на вихідних приїжджають місцеві. Багато цікавих місць для відвідування навколо. Нудно дійсно не буде. Гостинний доброзичливий власник, завжди був на зв'язку. Підкаже кращі локації для відвідування. Рекрмендуємо!
