Wouldn't repeat
The place is spacious and it was definitely not build for renting, had almost everything in the kitchen.
The place is let down and urgently needs maintenance and improvements. No AC on the ground floor, ants in the beds and everywhere(be careful to not leave anything outside of the fridge), killing them doesn't help much. Doors couldn't be opened easily as there are no handles, which is very inconvenient. Main entrance door(port) has to be pushed by hand. There was leakage in one of the toilets. The check in and checkout times were one of the worst I've seen - 17h in, 10 out.

Great place to stay near Dikela.
Very spacious villa, with private yard, overlooking the sea, with lots of amenities for a comfortable stay. Self-check in, however the host was lovely and was available for additional questions throughout our stay.
Some of the amenities need updating - example one of the shower heads were leaking, but overall the villa is in good shape for a comfortable long term stay.

Sakin bir konaklama
Sessiz, sakin bir konumda. Mutfak gereçleri yeterli miktarda var. Manzarası güzel.
Giriş katta klima yok. İki adet vantilatör var. Biz havanın çok sıcak olmadığı zamanda gittiğimiz için yeterli oldu. Girişte paravanla ayrılan çift kişilik oda olduğu için klima olması sıcak havalarda iyi olur.

Perfect villa in Dikella
We have stayed in Dikella many times but this was the best villa that we had so far. Spacious and clean, with fully equipped kitchen, a coffee machine with capsules, 3 bathrooms, large courtyard with playground for the kids, in a quiet area close to the sea. Good communication with the host and easy self check in process. We will definitely come back again!
